Description This Model 3 is a Long Range (310/334) mile range depending on driving style and conditions. Rear-Wheel Drive edition with Premium Upgrade Package in a beautiful Midnight Silver Metallic. It's equipped with the very latest Autopilot 2.5 suite. I did not elect the enhanced autopilot. But you can sign up for the enhanced autopilot if you wish; simply pay the fee ($5,500) and Tesla will re-activate it for you remotely (see below). The Long Range battery and Premium Upgrade on my Model 3 were a $14,000 package. The Midnight Silver Metallic is a $1,000 dollar option, and 19" Wheels another $1,500. Tesla's destination fee was $960. My total price was: $52,500 before sales taxes. Upgrades:The Premium Upgrade includes: -- heated seating (each of the 5 seats can be individually selected to be heated), 12-way power adjustable front seats, a premium audio system, 15 inch Touchscreen display, all-glass panoramic roof, center console with covered storage, 4 USB ports and docking for 2 smartphones. Tinted glass roof with ultraviolet and infrared protection. Auto dimming, power folding, heated side mirrors. Custom driver profiles which remembers and sets seat, mirror and steering wheel positions for several drivers. LED fog lamps, satellite map with navigation, in-car streaming media, over-the-air updates via Wi-Fi & cellular. Voice command for navigation and entertainment (this is one of my favorite features), and the Tesla App for your smartphone allowing remote locking/unlocking, setting charge limit, cabin preheating or cooling, and much more from wherever you are, even if thousands of miles away. Warranty: Includes all the new car warranties. 8 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first, on the Battery and Drive Unit. And the New Vehicle Warranty, which is 'bumper-to-bumper', 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Cost:Tesla sells a very similar car (Metallic Silver/19" Wheels, Long-Range) for $54,000 + $1,000 Delivery + $4,320 Sales Tax (@ 8%) = $59,320. If you qualify - you'll get $3,750 in Federal Tax Credits. So, final Price for a new version is: $55,570. The difference is the "D" (Dual-Motor) vs. Single Motor (my car). So, if you can live without the extra motor (2 motors = 11% less battery efficiency), then you'll save $13,570 and drive about 80 miles further per charge. Enhanced AutoPilot: It can be purchased *anytime* you wish, for $5,500. Current pricing for this feature is $5,000 / $7,000. Tesla is getting pretty "pushy" by penalizing buyers $2,000 if they don't "commit" right off the bat - for a feature they really don't know. Buying this car will give you the option to "test it out" before actually deciding if you want to lay out the cash. Tesla can activate Enhanced AutoPilot for 3-4 days for you, if you ask them. They offered the test to me, but I was out of town at the time and said "maybe later". Payment and Completion: Please be sure that you can afford the car right now, be sure that you can make the wire transfer, and that you can take possession or arrange for delivery (about $1,000 - usually). I'll ask for verification immediately after a "buy" has been made. Delivery / Pickup:You can pick up the vehicle anytime. I can arrange to have the car shipped to you for a fee.
