Vehicle Detail
I had rescued this bike about 2 years ago from someone who was in the process of cutting it up into yet another "café racer". I searched junkyards and the internet for close to a year to find the correct parts and also took it to a mechanic who completely rebuilt the carbs so it easily starts in 1-3 kicks even if it has been sitting. Has great power and is fun to ride. The only issue, though it has never been a big deal for me, is that it is kickstart only as the prior owner did some damage to the wiring when he attempted to run them thru the handlebars. Also, lately my rear running light has not gone on but I do have a brake light. I think it is just a dirty contact and was just going to replace the whole assembly but have not had time. And as I never ride it at night, didn't really care. However, I do have the parts, which are included with a chrome stator cover, the original airbox, a repair manual, and some other assorted parts I have picked up along the way. Has clear Arizona title and current tags. And before I forget, the speedometer was replaced as the old one didn't work so the odometer says 27k but the title, which are box A miles, shows 28,164. Bike is currently in Phoenix, Arizona. Any other questions or if you need more photos, just ask!!
