Up for auction is my 1972 Dodge Charger SE. Has 400 ci engine that I believe is the original engine. The engine will turn over with a jumper wire but isn’t getting spark. Has double points distributor which needs to be replaced with electronic ignition. Will also need fuel system cleaned, brakes, or possibly even a complete rebuild to run because the car has been sitting 5 years. The fender tag is missing. As far as the body goes the previous owner stripped the trim , mirrors, door handles, and side marker lights. I have 1 mirror but signal lights and door handles have been lost. They stripped the paint off the car but didn’t do it right so there was some metal exposed and some paint still left. Car was originally green. I coated it with some black primer to protect from rust because the car eventually needs to be sandblasted. See pictures for trim and parts that come with it. The dash is cracked...one picture shows condition of dash and another picture shows it with a molded dash cover. In my opinion the car does have some rust but is still solid enough for a restoration. The hood is weak from rust...will need a new one or patch to stiffen it so it will close without bending. If you need more pictures or information I’m available. The car is being sold so I can complete another project. I got a tag and am waiting for title to come in mail. I expect it to be here before the auction ends.
