2009 Porsche 911 Carrera Sport Macadamia Brown Metallic Paint, 997.2, PDK, Sport Chrono Here for your consideration is my 2009 Porsche 911 Sport with the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), dual clutch PDK transmission, and Sport Chrono plus package. A photo of the Porsche factory options is included, and the other major options are full leather interior, heated seats and steering wheel, ventilated seats, 19” sport wheels, dynamic cornering lights, blue tooth phone interface, Bose high end surround sound, XM radio, universal audio interface, power seats. The car has only 41,500 miles and shows light signs of wear and tear consistent with use, the powerful 3.8 liter direct fuel injected Porsche engine runs great, and the car is very quick. It is worth noting that on 2009 and later 997.2 model cars Porsche discontinued use of the intermediate main shaft (IMS) bearing, and so these cars no longer have any potential for the IMS failure that was so highly publicized on some of the earlier cars. The PDK transmission is very well matched to performance of this car, and makes driving the car very enjoyable. The Sport Chrono package adds even greater performance and further driving enjoyment with rev matching on downshifts, and a simple push of a button engages Porsches performance tuned Sport and Sport Plus settings for spirited driving. The Porsche Active Suspension Management is also automatically activated by the Sport or Sport Plus settings, and the suspension can also be controlled by the PASM button. The car has a Softronic sport tune installed that according to their test reports showed it added 25HP and 23 TQ on their dynamometer. The tune has only been installed for about 30 days and a couple hundred miles, and the new owner will receive all documentation required to remove or modify the tune. The car has never been raced or driven on a race track. I just added the tune to make the car a little more fun to drive, and it did provide a noticeable increase in performance. The car has a clean Carfax and has never been in any accidents, there has never been any smoking in the car, and it has been garage kept. The car was recently purchased from Lucky Driver Sports Cars in Miami. The car had a full dealer service with oil and filters changed, the tires and brakes are in excellent condition, it needs nothing, and can be driven anywhere. I am a 63 year old Porsche club member and have owned several different Porsches over the years including a ’88 930 Turbo, ’02 996tt, ’11 CaymanS, and many other 911s. While I really love this car and was not planning to sell it, I found another Porsche that caught my attention. So this car needs to find a new home quick, and is priced to sell fast.
