Vehicle Detail

CHRISTMAS SURPRISE!! Previously auction ended with a buyer, but the transaction was not completed. Being auctioned a very restorable 1969 Jaguar E-type 2+2 with factory AC and automatic transmission and LOW MILES. Great opportunity to own a classic! BUY IT NOW HAS BEEN ADJUSTED FOR QUICK SELL. DON'T LET THIS ONE GET AWAY!! Also Included- BRAND NEW SHOW CHROME BUMPERS AND AMCO BARS!! As you can see from the pictures this car has had restoration started on it, however the car is complete as I have all original chrome, headlights, trim, bumpers etc. (as you can see in the pictures) and they all come with the car. Also interior parts, door panels etc. all removed from the car when we started the restoration. The car was stripped and bondo was removed in several places and dents were pulled and new metal welded in. Drivers rocker will need some work, but overall this car is in very solid condition and is not a rust bucket by any means. We have owned the car since 2002 and we had the car running as the twin side-draft carbs were rebuilt. However, the car has a cracked header and the exhaust was removed when it was trailered last so we haven’t had it running for a while. Additionally, there was a small transmission leak which we were investigating as the transmission was over-filled. Likely the seal is worn and would need to be replaced. The seat upholstery was previously re-done and is still in very good condition. I wiped off the interior with a damp rag and it comes back to life and looks phenomenal. In addition to the other parts, I do have additional knock-off wire rims that will be included with the vehicle. Also some other odds and ends like an additional manifold. Car can be viewed if you contact me to arrange time. It will need to be trailered away and the left rear brake is sticking, but shouldn't take much to get it free. Buyer takes responsibility for arranging pick up and shipping. Brief storage can be arranged with seller but must make contact in advance. Also included is a new set of chrome bumpers and front and rear Amco bars that were purchased previously for the car and is still wrapped and in packaging. We unpacked a few pieces and the finish is like a mirror as you can see in the pictures. This set of show chrome alone is worth over $2,000. This is a beautiful car that we believe is very restorable and will not disappoint. Please contact me with any questions. Good luck and happy bidding. Given the age, vehicle sold AS IS WHERE IS ADDITIONAL PHOTOS CAN BE SENT UPON REQUEST (we used up all allowable photos on the listing). PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS
