This Diesel Land Cruiser was imported to North Carolina, from Costa Rica in 2013. Land Cruiser has the “B” Diesel engine with 4 speed transmission. Since import it has had extensive mechanical front end and brake work, front differential and hubs were rebuilt by the Toyota Dealer. New suspension to include, New Rancho springs 4” lift, gas shocks and all new bushings, shackles and mounts. New “U” Joints. Front floorboards and body mounts have been replaced with new. Brakes have been replaced with new shoes, wheel cylinders, and master cylinder. New fuel tank & sending unit. New front window tracks and rubber seals. Glass is good. Truck runs and drives as it should. 4 wheel drive functions as it should, transmission shifts smoothly. Engine smokes when first started cold as an old diesel will, goes away after a minute or two. Mileage is unknown as odometer, speedometer does not work. Other gauges, temp, oil pressure, fuel, work fine. Vehicle was painted several years ago but paint is not great, buy not horrible either. Body is solid. Frame is solid. Tire have good tread and comes with a spare tire (not pictured). Has only been driven summers in Maine with less than 500 miles a year. Never on the road in winter.
