This is as 1956 Triumph "Tessy" scooter. it was manufactured by Triumph Werks Nurenburg or TWN. It has a two stroke, 125cc engine which turns freely but does not run. The control cables are stiff/frozen and it needs tries and general restoration. See pictures for details.
