Vehicle Detail

I've owned this car for 3 years and was planning on keeping it forever as an investment that I can also have fun with. However, I came across a Dinan/Competition package car that I couldn't pass up, so now this one is for sale. As you probably know, the prices for clean 6-speed manuals have bottomed out and have been slowly going up. I have done a ton of maintenance on the car. The car has a clean Carfax with lots of entries. I just purchased the Carfax and can share it. This is not the cheapest M3 for sale (nor should it be), but it's a well sorted car and you get what you are paying for. Yes, the subframe has been checked and no there are no cracks. And the VANOS system is also in great condition and was checked by a very reputable mechanic. No rod-bearing issues since this in an '05. The only mods to the car have been cosmetic, all the mechanicals are unmolested. It does have a great sounding Agency Power exhaust that was $1600 new. Everything in the car works and there are no warning lights. Paint is in great shape, but the hood has a bunch of tiny rock chips on it that have been touched up. Very light wear on the passenger seat bolster, just a surface scratch about 1/8" x 2". Some dye would easily fix that. Here's what I have done to the car:- Brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires - $1300- New NGK spark plugs- New air filter- New cabin filter- Flushed cooling system (no issues with it)- Fresh alignment - steering wheel was off about 1-2% and it bugged me. It didn't really need the alignment, but I chose to do it anyways.- new steering wheel, car also comes with the original one- I installed piano black trim - have the original pieces as well- ZHP shifter and new shift booth with M-stitching- Got the dreaded and very common issue with the LCD on rear view mirror fixedFeatures:- Imola red exterior- TSW Nurburgring wheels wrapped in brand new Michelins with warranty- Powered heated seats with memory- Has the toolkit- Harmon/Kardon sound- Brakes and rotors in good condition- Always garaged and hand washed/waxedOn Oct-15-18 at 09:50:10 PDT, seller added the following information: I've owned this car for 3 years and was planning on keeping it forever as an investment that I can also have fun with.
