Vehicle Detail

Black on black with an LS6. Everything works well on this car unless noted below. The pictures are after i washed it, and there is no wax at all on it. The mods: (not a whole lot)-Had a stock LS6 crate motor installed new with LS6 clutch about 15,000 miles.-Clutch definitely feels new.-Short shifter-SLP headers with AIR provisions, high flow cats and the SLP Loudmouth system, does have a Borla muffler not the SLP muffler-SLP intake and lid-has a rebuilt 10-bolt, 4.10 gears and an adjustable panhard bar-Founders strut tower brace The good:-underneath is virtually rust free. this car is clean. id say its 98% rust free. tough to get a pic of this but you won't be disappointed-was repainted, was taken apart to paint pieces off the car. compared to my other black SS its much much nicer. -good heat/ac-the original chrome 10 spokes are so nice i considered pulling them to sell by themselves. i can confidently say it will be extremely difficult to match the condition of these wheels without getting new reproductions. They are as close to mint as you can get for 18 years old. no curb rash, peeling, flaking, dull spots. All have the GM logo on it. Tires are Nitto 555 extremes, fronts have about 3/4 tread left, rears about half.-no squeaks, suspension was overhauled at some point and has all new stock bushings. all stock minus the panhard bar-T-56 feels good, not brand new feeling but in good shape.-Had it up to 100 mph on the way back to check for vibrations like these tend to have, this car has none.-main dash is perfect, not faded or cracked The flaws (i'm picky, some of these may not bother you at all but I feel they need to be mentioned)-the biggest exterior flaw is the sail. The sail panel has some bubbling on it, and a few paint imperfections. -it was not expressed to whoever installed the exhaust that you need to tuck the exhaust up as close as possible. its lower than it should be and is dinged up. -whoever painted the hood left a few runs and a few paint imperfections. Not terrible, but needs to be noted. 5 or more feet away you cant see it-despite being repainted, there are some small scratches on the car, and the rockers below the door arent perfect.-the driver door should be adjusted out as it shuts a little different than my other camaro. -i would give the interior a picky 8.5 out of 10. some small scratches on panels, the upper dash plastic piece is cracked, see picture, and some trim pieces are missing screws but still tight. the carpet has some dark stains-the driver window motor is a little slow-pass seat has a small tear on the side (see pic)-the weatherstripping on this car has small tears in various spots, although the car has no leaks -the only drivetrain issue is it throws ABS codes. i tried new sensors in the back with ones i knew were good and it still eventually turned on ASR OFF, BRAKE, and ABS INOP. -while the chrome wheels are in unbelievable shape, it should be noted that there are a few spots that arent perfect that i only noticed when i washed it for sale locally as well.
