This is a 2003 supercrew 4x4. It was running well but had developed a knock, We found that one of the rod bearings had basically turned to powder and was found in the bottom of the oil pan. Examination of the crankshaft was done and there did not appear to be any significant damage. All the rod bearing were replaced with new. The truck started and ran (no more knock) but then suddenly stopped. We are not sure why and have decided we do not want to take any more time with it. We are selling the truck as is.
