For sale a very special 2013 S-Class. For the discriminating buyer who knows what this is.I had it listed for what it was worth to me, but no reasonable offers. Hence I've lowered the asking price to midway between the retail and dealer trade in values. As of this listing, it has only 15,105 miles. I’m the original owner since new. Garaged all it’s life. I have all the manuals in the original binder and both key fobs. This car has a Designo interior with unique stitch patterns, full Napa leather on the dash, door panels, and rear parcel shelf, an Alcantara headliner, and comfort articulating headrests front and rear. The floor matts are velour with leather bindings. Designo badges of course. The interior color was an extremely low production Cortechia gray, with black highlights, and matte Oak trim. The extensive wood trim extends to details like the cover on the center console controller (check out a standard S-Class for comparison). The interior has a true four-seat interior – there is a console between the rear two seats, and there are only two rear head rests with no pocket for a center headrest – the parcel shelf is flat. The rear seats have multi-way power adjustments with recline, are heated and cooled and have 3 individual memory settings each. The rear and rear-side windows all have electric blinds. The AC has individual temperature settings for each of the four seating positions. Panorama glass roof, with solid Alcantara roller shades front and rear. IR reflective windshield and laminated and IR reflective side windows. In summer sun this is a real boon. The steering wheel is heated. I will have the dealer re-install the original trim matching wood / leather wheel. The car has the AMG appearance package, which in this case includes lighted AMG door sills and the AMG TWC clock in the dash, AMG bumpers and side sills, and AMG aluminum wheels. Since this is an AWD car, the wheels are NOT staggered – rather the same size front and rear. As part of the appearance package, it has no rear model markings, and a V-12 grille. Since the car sits low, the air suspension has a quick rise setting which lifts it about 2” above ride height to clear curbs and ramps. The front seats are the multi-contour variety with air bladders which are controlled from the Command display and rotary controller. The exterior mirrors are the Euro versions – with the vertical line and convex sides – left and right. Why these mirrors don’t come in standard in the US is a question for the ages. It is a diesel – which means that it has more torque off the line than even the S63/S65 AMG cars, with the luscious benefit of 35-38 mpg on the highway at 70 mph. I have owned the car since new. Always serviced by Mercedes. Exportable.Will have complete interior detail before hand over. Retail value of this car is $49,375 – without considering the Designo and four place packages. Priced accordingly. I’m selling all of my vehicles (save whichever is last) due to life changing events. No fire sale, but all must go over the next year or so. If unsold will re-list from time to time. This is a used vehicle, and is sold as is, where is. I am a private individual selling from my collection which needs whittling down. That said, I have no problem in telling you that I would drive it across the country without any compunctions. The above said, this car is in such good condition it may be prudent to have it shipped in an enclosed carrier, and best by one of the high touch services like Horseless, Reliable, Passport, or the like.
