1980 Honda CR250, it is completely rebuilt with 2 heat cycles. The engine has had a complete rebuild with all bearings and seals replaced, new clutch friction and steel plates, the cylinder has been freshly nikasiled by Powerseal to standard bore and a new wiseco piston, rings, pin and bearing installed. It has a new Jemco pipe and silencer, rebuild Keihin carb and new reeds. The uncracked airbox has been fitted with a support ring and a new one piece Twin Air filter installed. A 1980 cr125 seat has been fitted, they are narrower than the 250 seat and give the bike a smaller feel. The frame and swingarm are powdercoated with Sherwin Williams RAL 3020, the frame has no repairs, crushed tubes or rusted areas, the frame mounted lower chain roller has been lowered for better chain clearance. It has a pair of wide stainless pegs and Alloy front motor mount plates. It has new Excel rims, heavy guage buchanon stainless spokes and nipples, new tires, new heavy duty tubes, new brakes and wheel bearings and new swingarm pivot bearings.. The original forks have new seals and fluid, the shocks are 17.5" fox airs that have been rebuilt and restored by Thor Lawson. The tank is a 79 alloy and is flawless with PPG basecoat clearcoat paint, original cap and new decals, it has all new VMX racing plastics, new VMX seat cover, Powdercoated original bars, side pull throttle, new controls with shorty levers, new kill switch and grips. New PBI sprockets (13 x 49) new chain and new chain rollers, adjustable rear brake torque rod, All fasteners are stainless with lock nuts throughout.
