Up for auction is my original, unmolested, unrestored 1975 Honda CB550 Four in Sunrise Flake Metallic Orange. I bought this in 2013 from an architect in San Francisco who had it regularly serviced at Charlie's. See photo of over $600 in service. The bike had about 12,500 miles when I first bought it. It pretty much sat in my garage as I've only put about 700 miles on it since the purchase. Just before moving to Florida 2 years ago I placed the bike on Non-Op to avoid California registration fees. It's been sitting in my garage here in Florida ever since. The only things I've done:1. Bought a NOS speedometer. The original had a broken trip odometer. (2014)2. New battery (5/18)3. Changed oil (6/18)4. Changed brake fluid (6/18)5. Carbs rebuilt (6/18)Everything works on the bike. All electrical including the turn signal buzzer work just fine.Things to note:1. Muffler was repaired (welded) by Charlie's in San Francisco.2. Left turn signal ear is bent. (See photo)3. Typical patina of a bike that's 43 years old. Chrome pitting on the headers but the mufflers are very nice. The aluminum parts will shine up nicely if you have the patience to do so.It usually takes several pushes (5-7) of the starter button to get her going. After that she needs a good 5 minutes of warming up with choke and then she's ready to go. Shifts and rides very nicely. It's a very comfortable bike.
