This R32 has been a great car. I am the 2nd owner. Bought it several years ago. It was one of the last CPO MkV R32s left in the country. I flew to Louisiana to bring this car home to Maryland. It's been a wonderful car ... and it still is a great car. But my needs have changed and with kids getting larger and my time to enjoy the car growing more limited, it's become a part-time car that isn't needed. In short, I have a German SUV for family use and a German sports car for personal use ... so the R32 only gets driven a few times per week. As much as I'd like to keep this unique little VW, I think the time has come to let it enjoy a new home. The VR6 engine is a gem. It sounds like nothing else and is a joy to drive. I think the R32 could very well be the ideal daily driver car. It's sporting, but won't beat you up. The DSG transmission is a perfect blend for commuting in traffic and having some fun when the road opens up. It's practical without being a boat. This is a no excuses vehicle. No accidents. No mechanical issues. Super clean cosmetically. Garage kept and all original. Good luck with the bidding.
