1985 GL1200 Interstate with only 86k miles has been threw a crash when it left the road and went over a bank, lots of cosmetic damage the the fairing, I bought it for the exhaust which has a broken baffle so I couldn't use it, the bike has full running boards front and back that were removed along with the crash bars to remove the exhaust, I have since put the exhaust back on, but the boards and crash bars are in a box with all hardware,The engine runs awesome, the stator, clutch, and timing belts were done last year before the incident, the carbs are great, this bike starts and idles as it should, however the exhaust is noisey ..
