Up for auction is a true old school "GARAGE/BARN FIND". This 1998 Suzuki GSXR 600 "SRAD"(Suzuki Ram Air Direct) was originally bought used in 2001 in New York from a local dealer by a very good friend of mine. It had 1800 miles at the time, was ridden another 500 or so miles, parked in his Mom's garage, and promptly forgotten about! We had talked about it multiple times, and then I saw it. He had no interest in keeping it, but I convinced him to let me take it to my buddy's shop to get it running and gone through. $1200+ later, here it is. Fresh battery, gas tank cleaned and relined, carbs rebuilt, fresh fluids, etc. I have a folder with all paperwork ever received on the bike, original manual, clean/clear IN title, etc. The bike fires-up, runs, rides, shifts thru all the gears, all the lights work, etc. When was the last time you saw an SRAD with this low of miles? Running, driving and fully functioning?!?! Still has UNTOUCHED original OEM toolkit :P
