The cowl is nice on car. It it’s going to need lower rust repaired from sitting(floor pans,trunk lower, wheel tubs, outter quarters etc. Car is an open slate to do as you want. All metal needed is available thru AMD. Car has option tag on firewall and vin in door jamb. Comes with clear title.
