1966 427 AC Cobra roadster replica by Contemporary Classics, Ford 427 Side Oiler, Top Loader 4 speed, Jaguar rear suspension, torsion bar front suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes, new 427 pin drive wheels, Leather seats, Smith gauges, Cobra steering wheel by Moto-Lita and a soft top with side windows. This is a well built, nice running Contemporary Shelby Cobra replica. The body and paint are good condition as well as the trim and glass. The 427 is an over the counter service block with 67 Shelby 428 heads. Runs good with plenty of power. The car needs a little TLC to be really nice. Currently the stereo does not work, the bottom side of the hood and trunk need finishing. Below are a few of the questions I have been answering to several people.The car was assembled in the late 80's and has not been rebuilt since then so it is an older build with driving wear on it.I bought the car in 2012 and have put less than 1000 miles on it.It does not haver a top but I do have the top bow and the side curtains. The side curtains are not in good shape.The car has been sitting so it will probably need a tune up and an oil change however I start and drive it every summer. The car is being sold as is with NO warranty!
