No Reserve - 1977 International Scout Traveler Great Scout , I love longer wheel base. I use it for landscape business everyday. Original carburetor, new brakes, hoses and fluids changed often. I have maintenance records for many years. Title is clear Does have this on back wheel wells but not front. Driver side rocker rusted passenger side not. Under carriage in good shape. I love this Scout and it will be a good one forSomeone who wants to fully restore or just drive it as is with a few improvements
