Almost made reserve last time, so I lowered it! Good luck!1978 Fiat Spider Convertible. I purchased this car with the original 1 owner Mass Title. I wanted a home garage fixer upper for the spring.This car was in storage for the last 24 years. Since it"s revival it has received a ton of new parts and it is just shy of getting back out on the road, although i just took it on a 20 mile run and it was a blast to drive!New stuff installed, brand new carpet kit and glove box, The interior looks almost brand new, 4 new Michelin radial tires, 4 brand new rally rims, 4 new rotors, New brakes all around, brand new fuel tank and sending unit, brand new exhaust front to back. I was told by the previous owners mechanic that the water pump, timing belt and heads were done, but i cannot verify this as i didn't perform that work.So that is the good stuff, now here is what i see it needs, the vinyl convertible top is great but the rear plastic window is completely clouded and should be replaced if your going to drive with the top up. Someone backed into the left rear quarter and it will require a body shop to bang out and paint, i'ts not bad, just more than i can do in my garage. The radio antenna is missing, although i installed new speakers so it should be an easy fix. This car came with no bumpers as the original owner was making it a roadster and removed them, because of the no bumpers the rally directional's need to be installed, brand new one's come with the car. Mechanically the electric cooling fan does not work but i believe it is trying to share a ground with the missing directional, not sure of that but regardless it is another easy fix. NO ZERO BIDDERS!
