An absolutely immaculate and beautiful 2002 Mercedes Benz E320 Special Edition (SE) with 67,744 original miles with ONLY 2 Owners since new. For those who follow my auctions, you'll know I only buy the best when it comes to desireable classic cars both modern and vintage. For me, my favorites are the vehicles with super low original miles and if they've had only had one or two owners, that is such a bonus. These cars are very unique in the used car markets. They are almost always cars and trucks that have been very well cared for, used for special occassions and maintained to make that special occassion exactly that, problem free and special. This Mercedes Benz E320 SE is exactly one of those really cool cars and quite rare as well. Rare for two distinct reasons, quantity of the build, the number of these were limited. I would presume that even more rare than the production numbers, would be finding one 16 years later that was only driven just over sixty seven thousand thousand miles during that time and maintained like this one has been. Not to mention never wrecked, all original paint and beautifully kept as this one is. What are the odds of that? In 2002 Mercedes Benz only produced two different colors for their SE cars, the Quartz Silver and Black. When you think of Special Edition cars, I tend to think flashy and well equipped. This Quartz Silver with its metallic finish paint, sparkles in the sun over a body that still looks about like brand new. The interior is a real show piece to. Everything inside looks and feels excellent. No noticeable blemishes anywhere you can see, the charcoal gray colored Birdseye wood finish, looks like new everywhere. The Special Edition options listed on the window sticker shown below are all there and in prefect working order. So read on and learn more about this great little gem and hopefully you'll be the one to make it all yours for years to come. Viva Las Vegas Autos Known History . . . The history that we know of with this 2002 Mercedes Benz E320 Special Edition (SE) is pretty simple. We buy most of our exceptional classics modern cars and trucks at small dealer trade in specialty auctions, this one from the Carmax "Dealer Only" auction that I go to every Tuesday. Carmax has a policy that if they buy or take in trade any vehicle that is 9 years of age or older, they sell those cars and trucks at their specialty auctions all over the US. That means, no matter how nice their older trades might be and no matter how low the miles may be, they are bound by their own policies to sell those vehicles at their auctions. I love these specialty auctions because I see just how their owners traded in their cars and trucks. They are not detailed, often records and books are left in the vehicles and with a Carfax history on every car or truck, I can narrow down the cream of the crop cars and trucks. This is one of those. The best of the best as one might say. There is always a lot of great information that can be found on the clean Carfax history or Autocheck Report. This Mercedes Benz E320 was purchased brand new in Southern Utah's Cedar City with 17 miles on it on March 20th, 2002. It had it's state safety and emissions inspection in April 2003 and in March 2004. On October 25, 2004 it had it's recommended dealer service performed at 47,724 miles that included the full recommended dealer service and some item on the interior replaced under the warranty at the Mercedes dealership in Salt Lake City. State inspected again in March 2005. It looks like it was traded into the Las Vegas Mercedes dealership around April 20, 2005 where it was being offered for sale with 54,513 miles as a fully Certified Mercedes Pre-Owned vehicle. A highly inspected and warranted pre-owned program. From there forward the car would remain here in Las Vegas and be consistently serviced at the Las Vegas Mercedes Benz dealership until when we bought the car. There are consistent dealer recommended services recorded at the dealership from when they sold it with 54,513 miles, then again at 60,894 on March 12, 2009, another full service on February 16, 2010, a state inspection on May 19, 2010 with 61,512 miles. Another state inspection on May 3, 2011 with 62.,272 miles. Another dealer service on June 14th, 2011 with 62,667 miles that also included replacing the transmission mounts and a full service. Another state inspection on May 21, 2012 with 63,658 miles. Another dealer full service on November 20, 2012. Another state inspection on May 5th, 2013 with 64,540 miles. Another state inspection on May 28, 2014 with 65,540 miles. Another full dealership service on August 25, 2014. and another full dealership service on Aug 12, 2015 with 66,627 miles, then finally just before we bought the car, it was fully serviced at the Mercedes Dealership on January 31, 2018 with only 67,621 miles on it...if you do the math, that was just 143 miles ago. So as you can see, documented miles and ownership...just the way we like to see it and ready to hit the road to give it's next owner years of satisfaction. It's probably history like this that you like to see too. Then when you see the pictures of every inch of this great car, you'll probably think like I did when I saw it, "I've got to have this one!" Every time I buy any vehicle, I have a thorough 130pt inspection performed on the vehicle. I also lift each vehicle to do an inspection underneath on the frame/uni-body and on all mechanical aspects underneath as well. Finding a leak free vehicle is what I expected to see with the extensive service history and topside condition and that is what we have too. No seepage or leaks anywhere underneath and of course, ZERO RUST. Zero damage history or wreck history. After a full detail top to bottom, this Mercedes Benz is ready to drive it's next owner cross country if you want or we can ship it as well. Take the time to look at the pictures as I take a lot of time showing every inch so you can see a near flawless interior, convertible top, body and paint with very few tiny dings or dents; all of which come with the car with no extra charge.
