This is my 88 year old mother's car, she stopped driving in March this year and the task to sell her call has fallen upon me. I bought it for her in 2007. Previously it was a Cadillac corporate car titles to Sewell Cadillac. It had 11249 miles when purchased 11 years ago. Literally the car has only been driven to church, the doctor's office and the grocery store in the fewer than 3000 miles per year it has been driven. since my mother has had the car it has always been garaged. This is an exceptionally well maintained, low maintenance car in excellent condition. With a MSRP of $51,785.00 this car has the Northstar V8, AWD, Magnetic Ride Control, Navigation, Power Adjustable Pedals and the Utility Package (power third row seat) options. There are some minor blemishes; the most important is a spot on the front bumper were the paint has been worn, what remains are a couple of very minor door dings. The tires are Michelin with lots of remaining tread. The car drives with a body that is as tight and drive train that is a smooth as new. It idles without vibration and near silent. These cars have great insulation and ride comfort. This a seven passenger model with the big engine. Check out the reviews and you will learn the V6 has been judged underpowered. There is scant difference in fuel consumption between the 6 and the 8. This is an opportunity to acquire a Cadillac SUV that has lots of life left in it in near new condition for a fraction of the price of a new one.
