Very rare SLK320 with BOTH optional Designo & Sport packages. One of just a handful imported into North America like this. Additionally, Electric Green Pearl Metallic was perhaps the rarest of the '01 Designo colors. I purchased this car several years ago from the Estate Executor of the original owner. The car had only 18K miles then & now has just under 21K. Performs as new in every respect. I replaced all four tires with factory sized correct premium ones, replaced the battery, had my German mechanic (formerly employed by Mercedes in Stuttgart) go through the entire vehicle mechanically, restored the original MB factory cassette premium radio, etc. I have all original paperwork, service records, manuals (+ some additional ones) too. Other than a few very minor surface scratches & one minor dent under the grille panel caused by the elderly original owner bumping a parking curb at a medical clinic (see last photo), the car is flawless. All of the original R170 SLKs are currently at the very bottom of their depreciation curve & after nearly 50 years of collecting muscle & classic cars, I can confidently predict that the rarer iconic examples will indeed prove to be very wise investments... And a lot more fun than stock market shares too! A like new MB car cover is included too.
