We will be happy to ship vehicles to local residents within 150 miles of San Jose for no charge. Other than that, you are responsible for obtaining shipping quotes and getting the vehicle shipped. Our agents will fully cooperate with your shipping company to handle the logistics. Taxes The buyer is responsible for taxes on the vehicle in your sate of province. We will collect sales tax from all California residents. All out of state residents are responsible for knowing your own state taxes. We expect the remainder of the funds within a week of the auction close. If you are paying by personal check, your check will need to clear our bank before we hand the vehicle to your shipper. American Motors Custom & Classics reserves the right to cancel bids and end auction if the vehicle sells outside of Ebay for any reason.
