2004 VW Passat Wagon. Has the 1.8T engine and the 5 speed tiptronic. 147415 miles, may change slightly before sale. The good Cold A/C Not a bit of rust except on some rock chips. All the panels are straight bar some parking lot dings All the glass is good The discoloration on the headlights is the protective film, not the headlight lens. Interior in OK shape for having hauled around 3 kids. Drivers side heated seat works great. New head gasket, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belts less than 15,000 miles ago. Tires have less than 5K on them. New Coils, cam position sensor, and MAF this year. Starts up first time, every time, runs fine. The not so good. Clear coat going on the roof, hood, and rear bumper cover. Little spots on paint are overspray from where my neighbor power stained their side of the fence. Should come off no problem. Yes, the headliner is going. The Passenger side heated seat does not work. ABS and traction control are not working, pretty sure its a bad abs sensor, because it stopped working after a break pad change. Trans clunks when shifting sometimes (probably just needs service) Shifter needs replacing, You can shift it and drive it, but you need a screwdriver, have a replacement shifter and all the parts, but not enough time to switch them out. The windows have a short in them, blows fuse the moment it's inserted. The convenience unit seems to have failed, no dome lights, remote locks, ect, doesn’t affect driving. Front bumper cover needs to be re positioned on the positions tabs on one side, have done it before, it’s about an hours work.
