Hello diesel family and friends, thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone from Toms Diesel truck center on ebay,....I sell all my diesels on ebay only I do not have a web site, please stop down if you can or just check on ebay here from time to time I will put one or two new trucks on as I get them ready for sale,,,thanks T I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal, I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read, thanks ... my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me.... it is where I started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down... I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. A few things to know before bidding or becoming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework price low for fast cash sales on the buy it now that is what I need if you do the research you will see, however serious cash buyers are encouraged to bring cash offers close to buy it now we might deal to the right buyer, the right buyer to me does his or her homework and knows the market price on these old diesels, is easy to deal with and has there expectations in line, what I'm not looking for is people shooting lowball prices, bringing a magnifying glass to scrutinize a 15-20 year old work truck, if you need new I do not sell that they are tens of thousands of dollars more money and don't last long at all go to the new dealer if that is the case. But if your serious about buying a nice older diesel and are good to get along with that is me as well I will make you a sweet deal, stop down if you can.. Tom@ Toms Diesel Emporium anytime 717 991 0568 on display at Carlisle PA 1534 w Trindle Rd,,on display till sold,,,,thanks 717 991 0568 Tom Guys here is a beautiful cummins truck possibly one of the nicest 01's you will ever come across, It lived its entire life out west in Utah where I got it from, its been a completly lifelong been a rustfree truck, no accidents, beautiful clear coats very glossey, nice all origional body no putty or ect. Interior is super clean non smokers truck, no rips or tears, no dash cracks or spedo cover cracking, all options working with ice cold air, also has spray in Line X bed liner. Mechanically its had all of its regular maintence history its whole life, engine fires right up, good fuel pressure, good injectors and no leaks or no blow by and strong power. Tranny is pretty new and shifting perfect, also has brand new cooper rubber 10 ply all around, new brakes and track bar so she drives perfectly straight down the interstate at 75. Has 355 rears and 55 block. The miles are good at 190K, clear title in hand ready for new owner, buy with confidence guys, Im a PA state inspection mechanic and a cummins mechanic not just a sales man like most others, I also have every truck double checked by the Dodge dealer just to make sure it is as I describe. Price is firm on buy it now and if you take the time to do some research for a truck of this calibler my price is at least 2 grand light I sell low $ because unlike most other dealers they dont do the get ready themselfs like me I just dont have the high overhead of salesmen and mechanics so I dont need to make a big proft. If your not looking for this kind of quality or miles and just want a beeter I have some trade ins occasionally I take to auctions under 10 grand with rust just let me know, but please dont waste time lowballing make the time useful and do some home work Also finally please keep in mind this is an almost 18 year old pickup truck in origional condition, definatly better than 99% of all other 01 trucks out there it will have some minor wear and tear like rockchips, minor scraches, parking lot dings interior wear and ect, thanks Tom
