Up for sale BMW 1966 R50/2. I owned it about five years. It has current tag, starts one to three kicks at most, and runs great. I was going to learn more about it but I decided to sell because I could not have time anymore. I only rode it less than 30days in total. It's in mechanically great condition thanks to Rick from Black Kat in LA. Please see the list of work he's done. He checked thoroughly after I purchased it to the point where there're nothing to fix mechanically. Also tires are almost brand-new. I think the price is very good, considering the work Rick has done. I lose money for the price but I need to sell it. Please note that there's very little gas leak from left carburetor only when using side stand. I asked Rick to fix and he said it was the carburetor design flaw and could not fix. There's no leak when using center stand. I was told it was all original. I did not do any cosmetic work except handle bar was changed. I bought and installed low bar from Bench Mark Works. Please examine the pictures for the condition. I will send you more picture if you need and will answer any questions.
