Sadly saying goodbye to my truck.I'm the 2nd owner, and have owned since it was nearly new, Bought from a certified pre-owned dealer in 2010 with it having only 19k miles. Since that point it's been very hassle free, I've kept up with all oil changes and maintenance, using full synthetic. The transmission was contaminated by radiator fluid due to a flaw in the OEM radiators.In order to get back on the road the truck needs a new transmission and a new radiator.I have purchased a new radiator that's ready to be installed, and will include with the truck. I would have loved to keep the truck but the transmission dying coincided with my dear canine companions cancer and subsequent passing away. So in true country song fashion; Dogs dead, trucks broke, and I'm all out of cash. I'm selling the truck AS IS to buy some whiskey. I have it listed locally too. The Good:Frontiers are expensive because they will last pretty easily for 200k+ miles, this is probably 9k+ truck with a working transmission, and the miles are manageable. If you're mechanically inclined and happy with getting a used transmission or are able to have a shop/ dealer put in a new one this is the truck for you! It comes with the OEM radio, but I installed a Versa radio unit which looks exactly the same but has an AUX in. Dropped a new battery in it a couple weeks ago, as the previous battery was corroding / near end of life. However the truck is not moving anywhere. I also just put on a set of tires, less than 5 months ago, and have put only a 2-3k miles on them. I sprung for a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers. Cost me $800+ The Bad:The truck is 10 years old and as such has little things: -I had a dog and she shed, I've done a lot to get the hair and clean out the interior but it's not a a super clean truck. There are some stains on the rugs.-The driver side window motor is super weak so I haven't used it much in the past years.-Power locks don't work.-There is a hole in the fabric on the drivers seat. It's a weird wear point in all Frontier trucks.-Its been used as a truck so there are some dents and scratches. There is a dent on a driver side panel. See pictures.-One TPMS sensor wasn't working & was leaking so I just had it removed and replaced with a regular valve. I will include it if you're inclined to have it rebuilt. I haven't used the truck since it fell ill. It's also not drivable. You will have to tow it or trailer it out of here.
