This volvo 240 has great trim. Great reliable driver , no rust the body is straight. Hood is damaged, look at pictures, closes and opens difficult to keep up with awful hinges, but does close, look at pictures the 2 crumpled up ends, could use new left hinge and new hood, have extra right hinge. Dashboard has common center line crack. Now, the most important part does it run and drive, the answer is yes. Does it leak oil: noDoes it overheat: noDoes it have a misfire: noDoes it make noise or nocking ticking noise: noDoes it make muffer exhaust noise: yes, rear muffler not attached, xiuld use new catalyst converter, resonator, muffler($115 ebay). Classic Volvo's are the best easiest to work with. Parts are cheap, maintenances even cheaper. amazingly fuel efficient ($126 bucks from NY to FL) really, believe it. Great for new college kids, safest vehicle in the world.Does it have anything else wrong? Yes, bad alternator($130 ebay). If, battery is 100% Does engine run yes, you can drive it for days, otherwise recharge battery at an AutoZone or similar for free. $750 takes it home, I know it's worth more than that, Best offer considered. I was going to make it a race car, but, my loss your gain, anyway, look at pictures at this price. Some clear coat peeling and interior ok with fairly decenr seats. A few more things to mention Power windows yes work great, stereo is antique, but works if you jiggle the dials, could use better volvo speakers. Three original hubcups in used, scratched, curb rashed condition, included 4 new generic none volvo hubcaps. Does include spare tire. Trunk is clean. Sunroof works great opens closes good it's a classic crank style. Automatic shifts good. Ac could use freeon, heater works great. Great car , it's a volvo 240.
