Stunning 1996 Jaguar xj6 - arguably the best looking Modern Jaguar sedan at No Reserve! Pros: Over $3500 spent on custom rims , tires , high performance drilled and slotted Brake rotors etc . I am selling this car for less than what I spent on the wheels tires and high performance brakes alone !! Another huge plus is that Both the engine and transmission were replaced less than 5000 miles ago with units taken from a donor car that had only 40,000 miles. So the drivetrain is fresh . If you know Jaguars, you know the 1995-1997 cars are the best ones to get. Gorgeous candy apple red with protective vinyl wrap recently applied . This vehicle was at our second home which we are selling , and it was rarely driven. Since we no longer have a place to store it , we took it out , put in fresh fluids and ran it on the freeway - it is smooth and powerful . Cons: Because we have not used the car regularly the battery drained, so we have been using a jump start pack . The check engine light is also on but there are NO Codes when scanning using an OBD scanner. This seems to be a common issue on these cars . California buyers and other states with smog check or state inspections are responsible for all costs and work incurred to pass such inspections . If you are looking at this car , chances are you are a Jag lover and know how to tinker on these cars .
