we are cleaning out the yard this has been with us for 10 years it was a conversation piece it is great for parts as the hood fenders are useable otherwise rotted has rear end steering column please view pictures as this car is not going to pass inspection for a sticker it does come with bill of sale from us but no other papers if your looking for parts or a yard art piece this is it bid now... I don't no what a Packard 200 is that was put there by ebay trying to remove it
