NO RESERVE § Black exterior.§ Tan Leather interior.§ Second owner, purchased in 2007 with 30,000 miles.§ 5.8L V12 engine.§ Car is lightening fast.§ 5 speed automatic transmission.§ Clean interior but wear on steering wheel, missing center console cup holder, missing plastic cover on button that opens glove box and tears on leather bottom of driver seat and leather back of front passenger seat. Rear seats perfect.§ Clean under the hood with exception of needing a new windshield washer reservoir tank as old one is broken on top. Engine will run rough occasionally. Once in a while engine does not turn over but always starts after waiting 10-15 minutes.§ Tires all good to excellent condition.§ Driver and passenger massage seats.§ Driver and passenger heated and cooling seats.§ Reclining and heated rear passenger seats.§ Original Mercedes books and manuals. I’ve had the pleasure of driving this Mercedes S600 in the Dallas area for over 10 years. It is a beautiful car and people are amazed when they see the two V12 logo right behind the front wheels. I’ve even had people give me a “thumbs up” when waiting at a stoplight and ask me about the car when I was pumping gas. New job has company car so made sense to sell and get some money out of it. Engine runs well 90% of the time but does run rough occasionally. Have not had a tune up in years. Check engine light stays on. When running smoothly, it is very comfortable and very powerful; feels like you’re driving a rocket ship! Very fun to drive and super luxurious. Starting system can use some work as once or twice out of 30 starts, ignition won’t turn engine over. After waiting 10-15 minutes, engine starts and then runs fine. Been like this for several years and not getting worse. I must point out that it is a 13-year-old Mercedes with high mileage. The car has original paint job and still looks good but not perfect. No dents other than a little one you cannot really see on trunk lid. No scratches. A lot of little white specks on hood from sand/dirt. Front grill small crack in upper left that was glued back together. Wheel well above passenger rear tire has some white paint where it scraped a parking lot pole. Missing plastic cap on driver door handle “auto open” button. Smooth and powerful acceleration yet in control all the way to highway speeds and beyond. No burning oil smell in the engine compartment and no strange noises. Antenna on back window had small crack that was glued back together. Pictures should show all these things I am talking about. Suspension system in excellent shape as complete repairs were made two weeks ago. During that time, also installed a new battery to replace the five year old battery which had a bad cell. The steering is nice and tight with no play. Excellent brakes. This car has the best brakes of any car I have ever driven. Extremely soft but powerful. All windows except driver side goes up and down perfectly. The driver window goes up 80% and needs to be pushed up with your hand to get to 100%. Also, all doors will lock when “lock” button pushed but front passenger door not unlocking when “unlock” button pushed. Air conditioning blows ice cold, headliner is not sagging and the radio and navigation system works well. I envision the buyer of this S600 as someone who wants a beautiful top of the line luxury car for a value price but has skills to do cosmetic and minor repairs.
