Here is a 70 bonneville I restored 3 years ago. Virtually everything on it was replaced, rechromed or rebuilt. Has new pistons, rings, all seals and bearings were replaced. Sludge trap was removed and cleaned, I believe the machine shop replaced the exhaust valves, reground intake valves, ground seats. Has new amal monoblocs, new seat, tires, shocks, rebuilt Smith's guages. The Speedo drive didn't work when I put it back together, I've replaced it, now seems about 20mph fast. I have probably put 50 miles on it since resto. No gauge lights, oil pressure gauge isn't wired up. I built the wiring harness, it is 12v negative ground, has upgraded charging system, electronic ignition. No chokes, could use some, it usually starts 2nd or 3rd kick. No leaks to amount to anything. Has new clutch discs, but will slip if revved hard, probably needs adjusted. Paint is not 100% correct color, i just built it how I wanted it. A fun reliable rider. Numbers match engine, frame, title but right side case has been replaced at some point. That case has minor pitting as seen in photo. Any questions feel free to ask.
