1997 Ford f250 powerstroke - Rebuild Project. You know what these are worth when they are rebuilt! I bought it because I needed a truck to tow with and a winter daily, and it just needs more work and time than I can currently handle. Its not perfect, but here is the list of things to do to it: Frame is not great but derivable and repairable; its just rusty it HAS NOT been in an accidentCab has moderate rust underneath 260,000 miles well maintained, though there is an oil leak once its warmed up that needs to be fixed. Full interior in decent condition, it was a work truck so its got wear and tearRear bench intact and clean. front seats are eddie bauer bucket seats (not currently bolted in) - swapped the bench and console for the buckets. Mild rust on bumpersAutomatic trans in good condition, was rebuilt in 2015, unknown mileage since rebuild, currently no trans cooler lines, just plugs where they were. The exhaust supposedly rusted through and is broke at some point but I can't see where.Front leaf springs need replacing, there is about half inch of suspension travel.Slow leak in one tire, just needs to be pluggedIt is not a daily driver until the oil leak and trans cooler line are fixed. Top reasons to buy it:It is pretty. The paint it great, it shines.
