I owned a European car repair shop for 35 years and have restored many vintage British sportscars. I bought the car totally disassembled. Started the restoration but decided to retire so I am not going to finish the project. It is a frame off restoration. The front axle has been totally restored. The motor has been rebuilt , new brake cylinders,brake lines and master brake cylinder. It has a new clutch with new clutch cylinder and slave cylinder. The dashboard is newly recovered. The soft top and the frame are good. Almost all sheet metal is new. The wire harness is installed and all lights and gauges work. I put the car together to make some sheet metal adjustments. Both doors close very well and the door handles are installed. The engine runs, brakes work, new clutch. Needs interior work- seat covers, carpets etc. Need body work and paint job.
