1968 DODGE DART - TWO DOOR POST SEDAN. True survivor, 85K mile car purchased from original old lady owner in 2008. Extremely straight and solid, with very minimal rust and unbelievably clean original interior, it is also a factory radio, exterior trim and passenger mirror delete car. Turn Key All Original Drivetrain Slant 6 car with many new hi-po upgrades and performance parts, including : Wildwood BBP front disk brake conversion, with new upgraded MP master cylinder and pedal linkage. Complete front end rebuild using all Moog parts, including powdercoating of all original non wear parts. MP Super Stock Springs with new hangers and bushings. New KYB shocks all around. New Power Steering conversion with Brand New Booster and Master Cylinder. ( Not shown in pics ) New correct repro Gas Tank, pad and straps. Offenhauser intake 4 bbl manifold. Holley 390 cfm 4 bbl Carb. with Lokar linkage and HD springs. Dutra + Clifford true 3 into 1 x 2 headers, with custom built 2.25" exhaust system front to back, flowmaster 44's, and factory correct exhaust tips. Would work w mild 340 motor too. MP electronic ingnition conversion / New MP coil. / New Voltage Regulator New Powermaster period correct hi output Alternator / New MP Orange Box New Battery, repro wiring and ground, Battery tray and hold down assembly. New Repro Wiper Fluid Bottle and Radiator cap, plus all new repro hoses and plastic clamps. quality repainting and detailing of Engine, Valve covers, Radiator and miscellaneous underhood parts. Custom built ( Stockton ) 15x7 SBP factory steel wheels in backOriginal Kelsey Hayes BBP 15x5 steelies in front, repainted original factory YY1 color. Brand New BFG TA's all around, 235/15/60 in back, 215/15/60 in front, with excellent condition original dog dish hubcaps. The car was originally garaged and has remained so since I got it, has a clear NY title in my name,and is 100% turn key and ready to run trouble free as it stands for the next 20 years+. All the upgrades have also been done correctly with mind to swap in a V8 drive train anytime along the way too. Car is mostly original paint except for pass side door and quarter, which looks to have been resprayed long ago and pretty well is faded together. NO sign of impact inside quarter or elsewhere. Please see pics for details. Car has been extensively gone through and runs like a top. starts right up after sitting and purrs. It actually sounds like a 340 car with the custom exhaust and has a beautiful exhaust note at any speed.I recently added both power steering and power brakes so it’s a breeze to drive, especially with the wilwood brakes and new / tight front end.
