UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A VERY CLEAN, ONE OWNER, 2009 Volvo S40 2.4i I-5 AUTOMATIC, silver exterior with black interior with just over 120,000 MILES. Photos were taken about two weeks ago before the snow hit. There is a CLEAN AND CLEAR TITLE. I am the original owner. This car was always cared for and very well maintained. Car was never involved in an accident, and has been a reliable and dependable vehicle since day one. Overall the car is in excellent pre-owned condition. The cover on the driver’s side mirror got cracked years ago and was repaired and there is a small scuff on drivers side of the rear bumper. Paint still shines and looks great. The interior is also in very good condition. The front seats had seat covers on them since new and I rarely had rear passengers. This car had 4 years of Volvo complementary maintenance and was always routinely serviced through the original Volvo dealership for that time and the vehicle continued to have routine service after that. __________________________________________________ The vehicle has the following major improvements which are noteworthy: New Goodyear tires in July of 2017 on 117,115 miles - so only about 3,000 miles put on the car since then. Tires have hazard warranty. A/C and A/C clutch service (shimmed) in June of 2017 with full purge and refill. New front ceramic pads and new rotors in July of 2017. New rear ceramic pads and new rotors along with new front struts and belt service at 95,174 miles. New battery in June of 2017. New alternator in November of 2017. On a side note I do have a spare full size OEM wheel and tire with about 7/32 remaining to go along with the car – the wheel would need to be repaired as it has a crack, but would make a good full size spare in case you didn't like the mini spare that comes with the car. The reason I am selling the vehicle is because I can’t tow a boat with this so I bought a truck. I don’t really need two cars so I am selling this one. The mileage may be very slightly higher than what is shown as I still may occasionally drive it to the post office and stuff like that. CAR IS SOLD AS-IS, NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR INCLUDED.
