2008 Dodge Charger Police Edition with 5.7L Hemi V8 Don't miss this great-running retired police vehicle! 340 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque The good: Engine and transmission run great. New tires and brakes within past 2000 miles. Dark tint on windows. Good stereo system. Column shifter. Cruise control. power windows. Power locks. Power mirrors. Power seats. This car is fun to drive! Minor issues: Needs driver-side catalytic converter. Aftermarket cats are available for $150 (weld-on) to $350 (direct fit). Because this car is in California, I can't legally put an aftermarket cat on it. This car WILL NOT be sold to California buyers because state law would require me to put on a $1500 factory cat. Aftermarket equipment shouldn't be an issue for any other state (please research your state laws prior to bidding). A/C system works, but has a slow leak. Left rear door opens from outside only. Right rear door only opens by reaching up into the door to the latch. It was set up with an automatic release mechanism to let out the K9. The front seats have some damage where the police dog chewed on em. Overhead console and A-arm trim have holes from removed police equipment. Right front turn signal missing. No spare or jack. Flat black paint covering the black and white police paint wasn't done well. The engine alone is worth more than the starting price! Life circumstances required me to get a more family-friendly car, so I don't have time or space for this one. My loss is your gain!
