3,358 miles and counting. Phenomenal condition. Garage kept. Single owner. Non smoking owner. No pets or children have ever been in the vehicle. Production #492. All fuel used since day 1 has been 93 octane. NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS. Prior to purchase I had the car completely coated in Simoniz glass coat on the outside and then an interior coat on all of the inside as well. This offers excellent paint protection for the outside and stain protection for the inside. A brand new set of wheels/tires was just put on the vehicle for any colder weather driving since the factory tires are high performance summer tires. The factory set of wheels/tires IS included with the car so you will be ready to drive all year round no matter what the conditions are! The tires that are on the factory wheels have a decent amount of tread left (they are not down to the 2nd ruble) but have edge wear so they will need replaced in the near future. The aftermarket wheels are 19" MSW Type 71 19×8 with a 45mm offset. The tires are 245/35R19 BFGoodrich G-Force Comp-2 All seasons. No rubbing, torque steer, lack of grip, or any issues with the new set whatsoever. This car has a very awesome OS with Android Auto and Apple car play which is amazing (I use the Android Auto) and my wife has used the Apple car play. Navigation in this car works extremely well compared to most modern cars I have used it in. The comfort level of this car is unbelievable! I drove 7 and a half hours to buy this car and not one time on the way home did I feel any sense of discomfort. I have receipts for most if not all of my fuel purchases as well as the wheel/tire invoice ($1,650) and documentation for the Simoniz coat. I am selling this car for a couple reasons: 1.) Some personal issues have lead me to conclude that making financial cuts is the best solution. 2.) I have come to the realization after driving this vehicle for a few months that I will never use it to its full potential as I currently use it as my daily driver. I do a lot of driving for work related travels and this car has essentially served as my highway getter during ownership. This car is so exciting to own and drive everyday so I hope someone can enjoy it even more than I. As soon as it sells, I will park it until the new owner arrives. I do have a lien on the vehicle (Honda Financial) so I will need to pay it off after purchase. To be upfront, I would type out a thorough bill of sale, both parties will sign and date (we can take it to a notary if necessary), I give you the keys and you are on your way. I would pay the car off same day and send you (the buyer) a copy of the payoff confirmation so you are at ease that I did my part and the title is on its way. When I receive the title I will send it overnight or by two day mail. I am completely open to addressing any concerns as I take pride in being an honest and genuine person/seller. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required IMMEDIATELY upon purchase via Paypal. Accepted payment methods for the vehicle are cashier's check and cash in person. Once those funds clear, the car is yours to take. You have 7 days from auction end to pay in full.
