The truck does not leak any fluids. Always maintained with these very low miles its ready to go. The Tacoma has 2 recalls. The frame and spare tire carrier. These will be replaced free of charge at your nearest Toyota dealership. That means they will replace the suspension components and everything associated with the chassis. Free of charge.
