It was owned by a South Texas municipal water dept and has had regular service and maintenance. It did need a huge bath , some new upholstery, two new front tires, a little bit of service and new switch pump ( 500$) for the dual fuel tanks. It rides and drives beautifully. A/C blows ice cold. I do not know the reason for the fender discolor. Maybe it was replaced. Carfax shows no accidents.
