Hello and thank you for looking at my truck auction. I am the second owner of this excellent example of one of the most iconic trucks Ford has ever built. The legendary 7.3 International Navistar Turbo Diesel engine speaks volumes all on its own then once combined with the classic body lines of the OBS (Old Body Style) Ford produced from 1992 -96 in the F150s then one more year for the 1997 F250 HDs and the F350 one tons. This truck has every option that I think was available in 1997 including factory keyless entry with key fobs. Everything works on this truck just as it did the day it was sold brand new. It also has a full set of Firestone Trans Force tires just put on it in May of this year. This was a late production truck of August of 1997. It retains all of its original paint with the exception of the tailgate and drivers rear quarter where there is a crack and slight chip in the paint. The cab has two small dings that never broke the paint that I was going to have a paintless dent repair made but never got around to it. This truck draws attention and conversation everywhere it goes. No disappointments here. Pictures speak for themselves with the interior as new. Please look closely with the factory dash pad and factory Premium Sound radio/ cd player which works perfectly. Last year approximately four thousand dollars was spent on the transmisson including a Suncoast Billet Triple Disc Torque Converter (1700.00 alone). The engine and transmission has "0" leaks. This truck has had no expense spared during my 7 year ownership. (last year) · New Pro Built E4OD with all of the latest modifications including 6 pinion steel planetaries (last year) · New Mishimoto aluminum radiator (last year) · New Diesel Site 20 micron external transmission filter (last year) · New external transmission cooler (last year) · 4407 transfer case new pump, bearings and seals (last year) · New Ford finned aluminum differential cover · Autometer mechanical exhaust temperature gauge · Autometer transmission temperature gauge · Firestone air bags with on board compressor and in cab gauge / control · 1 1/2" diameter D.O.M tubing 66" traction bars with heim joint ends (to control axle wrap while towing) · Tekonsha trailer brake controller · Pioneer 12 disc cd changer behind the rear seat modulated through the oem premium radio · 3" Diamond Eye stainless steel down pipe · 4" Magna Flow stainless exhaust (with muffler) and a polished 5" tip turned down · Donaldson 6637 air filter with blue pre cleaner · Two new batteries within the last three years · New Autozone gold starter with the last 3 years Richard: fordman66atwindstream.netI am sure there are many questions to be asked so please do so prior to bidding.
