Hello again everyone, In this NOW UPDATED auction we have a barn fresh 1982 Honda CX500 Turbo motorcycle. We haven't worked on rebuilding or restoring this and are working to make room for other projects, so the only information we have is that the engine turns over, the oil appears to be clean, and it shifts through gears. You can see the seat, fairing, and other body elements have some damage and there is rust on some parts of the bike. The motorcycle is being sold as is without a key and with a bill of sale since there is no title as it was bought in a small lot with a bike and assorted parts from a reseller. UPDATED: Also note, I've added a photo of the number plate and updated the VIN -- my apologies -- I had originally understood the frame/motor number to be the same as the VIN. Both photos are now included. You may have noticed in recent auctions several of these machines have had a high ticket price -- this is a good chance to own a solid foundation for building your perfect Honda Turbo at a reasonable price. Finally, I did want to make a quick update to the this now relisted motorcycle. I am taking a more firm stance in enforcing my feedback and bid retraction policy for this auction. The only reason this is being relisted is due to the original listing falling through. What this means is if you are a new ebayer or have had to put in a bid retraction. . . you will absolutely want to reach out to me before bidding. Otherwise, I will not be able to allow you to bid on this item. So please don't be like so many other Turbo enthusiasts who may never realize their dream of owning a CX 500 Turbo.
