I bought this car from an IT professional in Denver last summer. He had owned it since 2009. I had delivered my daughter's car and found this sweetheart and drove it home, intending to keep it just for the winter. I'd always wanted to hear the song of this motor at 8000 RPM and I got my wish. I purchased it with 95,000 miles. I've made sure that there are no big issues with the car, but it is a 15 year old car and is not perfect, but it is a fantastic drive. The clutch has been replaced, the alternator, and a few odds and ends by Sports Cars of Stuart, since I've owned it. I did have to take it to the dealer for the top mechanism, as it would not retract. It was determined to be a sensor issue and all were replaced for $1300. There are two minor tears in the liner of the top, I have had them patched but I assume they were there because of a stretching issue with the liner (which has been corrected). The exterior of the top is in great shape, no tears or discoloration, it makes no practical sense to replace it just for the interior liner. Again, there are no issues with the top, I've made sure. The tires are in great shape, Goodyear Eagle F1 all season, I'm surprised this car doesn't go through tires faster, I must be getting old and slow. The seats are a bit of a problem, the stitching is coming undone in a few areas. The wheels have a few nicks, and the right rear has a bit of paint missing, but overall they look good. The last owner bought it in 2009, he was hit on the left rear and the quarter panel and trailing arm were replaced. I had it on a lift when I got it and since and the only way to tell was the sticker on the trailing arm. All looks great and rides like new.
