Locally owned Lincoln Town Car, Signature Series, very sound mechanical condition, almost new tires, maintained and garage kept. My neighbor owns it and is very ill, needs to sell. He is a 'stickler' on maintenance and care of vehicles ( I have purchased 2 of his vehicles in the past myself) and they get driven very few miles.... most of the mileage on this car was from the previous owners here in Arkansas. Shows 19.7 mpg on the onboard computer system, has lots of pep, runs great, and the Lincoln ride is great...quiet...smooth.
