Attention vintage motorcycle collectors (worldwide),here is a 1978? MONTESSA 250? dirt bike that has been inside storage for several years,numbers match,i don't have a title for the bike but can pass along contact information of a title company that can aquire a new title for the winner of the auction,motor kicks over with good compression with the kicker on the side has spark and fires on spray,there is no gas in the tank,the carb might need cleaning before the bike will run,tranny shifts,clutch lever pulls in,brakes work,throttle is free,the rear fender is not attached to the bike and the two bolts are missing and there might be a nut or bolt missing here and there also and or other most everything is there,everything I have for the bike is in the pictures,selling as is although I don't see any major repairs that the bike will need,buyer will have to pay for shipping and locate there own shipper if one is needed I'm not sure there prices usually uship.com very easy to work with,i can store the bike for one week after the auction ends if your not local,auction may end early because I might sell the bike before the auction ends,paypal or Walmart wire transfer accepted as payment if your not local,Thanks for looking and good luck bidding,im always looking to buy older and or unwanted Motorcycles and Dirt Bikes,Thanks Carl.On Aug-31-17 at 09:06:49 PDT, seller added the following information: I have learned this is a 1981 Montesa 200 Cota.
