Truck is in great shape. Previous owner spent a large sum of money to put in a rebuilt modified 350 with a 700R4 transmission. Unfortunately the conversion is not legal for California smog checks. This is a great truck if you live in an area that does not require emissions testing on 1982 vehicles. They did do a great job on the conversion though and they installed an automatic steering column and brake pedal. The mileage on the odometer is not the correct mileage. I think it was probably reset when the motor and transmission were installed, but I can't say for sure. The truck has a utility shell on the bed. I do not have the original tailgate, but they are available as a reproduction. Overall it's a solid California truck that needs a home where it doesn't need to be smog tested. Passenger door glass was broken. I'm including a replacement I bought at a wrecking yard that needs to be installed. Vehicle has a clear CA title. Selling it "no reserve" because I need it gone. I will wait for funds to clear before releasing vehicle. I will wait for vehicle to be picked up before releasing title. I expect vehicle to be paid for within seven days and the truck to be picked up within two weeks of auctions close. I am out of town Sept 11-15, so it can't be picked up during that time. Once again: This truck will not pass smog in California due to modifications and cannot be licensed there! Truck is located in Pasadena, California, not North Hollywood.
