She's a beauty! We purchased her in 2013. Always kept garaged, and we just drove her to local car shows and occasionally out to dinner. The prior owner had her for 8yrs. He painstakingly did a frame off piece by piece restoration over 7 yrs completed in 2012. The mileage since restoration is 6669 miles. The truck came to him from Alabama. Restoration included : a new automatic 700R 3 speed transmission with overdrive,new crate small block 8cyl 305a .308 rear end.It has the original suspension with a 1" drop to level out truck. It has front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. It has all the original glass except the windshield. It was replaced with a new windshield. It has dual flow master exhaust system new in 2012. The step side bed is a short wheelbase with red oak , with a natural stain and marine grade sealer. The interior is all custom. The seats are original frame and we're layer by layer built up to a nice soft padding and then wrapped with leather. It took 4 cowhides to finish the leather interior. All new carpet, new headliner, new door panels and kick panels.It has the original gauges except the temp gauge which is an aftermarket. Per prior owner the orig mileage before restoration had 76,000 miles.After the restoration the prior owner had it rolled back to 0. It was finished the summer of 2012. The vehicle has no radio and no air conditioning. Every bolt on the vehicle was replaced with stainless steel bolts.The rims are polished billet aluminum. Tires are 255/75R15 with less than 2000 miles on them. The paint is phenomenal and it is Dodge Viper Red. Pictures do not do the justice to the color, but it is a true red.
