Up for sale is a beautiful R107 1980 Mercedes Benz 450SL Roadster. Garage kept and rust free. Engine and transmission are in excellent operating order. Deep black paint with black soft top and hardtop over fresh palomino interior. Sits slightly lowered on AMG wheels with new tires. The car is really a pleasure to drive and turns a lot of heads. This car has had a lot of quality work done to it including: interior restoration, Nardi steering wheel, soft top replacement, Infinity sound system upgrade, exhaust system, suspension rebuild and tons of service work to engine as well as transmission. All work was preformed with correct and quality parts by factory certified Mercedes Benz technician. Car was owned for a long time by a Mercedes Benz technician who got the car from is grandfather. Enthusiast owned. Was repainted years ago with Glasurit paint. Makes for a great turn key pleasure cruiser! No A/C but that's why it's a drop top! Does have extended start time issue when warm which is common for these cars.
