Vehicle Detail

1953 Dodge Power Wagon with original motor, drive-train, rims, and PTO winch. All original glass intact as well. Truck has rust in all expected places, but frame and cab have no rotten-through areas -- or areas even close to rotten-through for that matter. Truck was last running around five years ago when it developed valve train issues. The cylinder head was removed at that time and it was decided that doing any work on the motor was pointless without going through a complete restoration. After acquiring the Power Wagon in this condition and expecting to go through the restoration process myself, I ended up inheriting another vehicle to serve the same purpose the Dodge would have. As such, it no longer made sense for me to go through the restoration process. It has been sitting up on blocks in a climate controlled garage since that time. This vehicle deserves to be out on the road driving, not hidden in a garage – to get it road worthy, it would need an engine overhaul, new tires, brakes, etc. Below is a link to a google drive space that I created with photos of the entire vehicle inside and out. There is also a section in this google drive filled with videos that will allow you to pause at different points for any angle/lighting you want. Any internet browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) will be able to view this space. If the link is not directly clickable or gives you issues, highlight and copy/paste it into your web browser’s address bar to visit the drive. Link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3gkqyxkm9eQQm01QkZaZlpGZnc?usp=sharing Ebay only allows twelve photos to be attached to the listing, but that isn’t enough for a buyer to be comfortable in purchasing something. As a side note: In my allotted twelve photos, I included a fully restored version of this vehicle built by Legacy Trucks that I was going to use as a reference for what I wanted to do. In the drive space I have three photos of their vehicle for reference, and I want to give them the credit they deserve. Also, it should be said that I have all the necessary original motor parts that were taken off as seen in the pictures, and they are included in the sale.Vehicle is currently located in West Bend, Wisconsin. Buyer would be responsible for pick up -- a flat bed trailer/truck with a winch would be necessary to move the vehicle. I can be available to grant access to the garage it sits in, as well as assist in loading. If you have any further questions about the listing, please contact me over email at: Dave@mooredesigns.com I would be happy to answer your questions.
